WHERE POLICY
MEETS PLACE
We work with towns, organizations, and property owners to navigate moments of transition—adapting historic buildings for new uses, clarifying narratives around place, and aligning heritage goals with economic, social, and environmental priorities.
Blending strategy and storytelling, field research and public communication, we bring clarity to complex projects and momentum to visionary ideas—helping partners unlock the full potential of the places they’ve inherited.

FOUNDER

She founded Leclerc Heritage Conservation to support communities, organizations, and developers bridge the gap between heritage value and contemporary use through strategic planning, design-driven solutions, and a clear, actionable vision.
THE PEOPLE
BEHIND THE
PROCESS
Our team and collaborators bring together a wide range of expertise—from heritage architects, building inspectors, and fire safety professionals to craftspeople, horticulturists, anthropologists, historians, designers, and brokers. We work closely with investors, manufacturers, builders, skilled tradespeople, and planning consultants to ensure each project is both technically sound and culturally resonant. As a nimble, independent practice, our strength lies in flexibility—we move quickly, work analytically, and operate without the red tape that often slows larger organizations.
